South Twin Lake Campground
South Twin Lake Campground sits on the western shore of South Twin Lake in the Deschutes National Forest. The 99 acres of South Twin Lake provide some good fishing for rainbow trout. Non-motorized boats are permitted in the lake. Adjacent to the campground, Twin Lakes Resort has boat rentals and a restaurant. Swimming is popular in its sheltered waters. Visitors are also close to Wickiup Reservoir and North Twin Lake.
South Twin Lake Campground is divided between South Twin Lake Campground and West South Twin Lake Campground. The two sections are on either side of the road from one another with one section next to South Twin Lake and the resort and the other, West South Twin Lake Campground, next to an arm of Wickiup Reservoir.
