William M. Tugman State Park Campground
William M. Tugman State Park is on the shore of Eel Lake, a short distance inland from the ocean and Oregon Dunes Recreation Area. Visitors to the park find good fishing at the lake and enjoy swimming, canoeing, sailing, and boating. Wildlife abounds in the area. Those who hike out some of the park trails have a chance of spotting osprey, eagles, and deer.
William M. Tugman State Park Campground has 94 campsites spread through a shorepine forest. All of the campsites have electric and water hook-ups and can accommodate RVs, trailers, and tents. Only the A Loop is open for reservations year-round. Sites in the B Loop are available first-come, first-served from mid-September through April. The C Loop is closed from October through mid-May. The campground also has 16 Yurts and a hiker/biker campsite.
