Tenmile Lake County Park Campground
Tenmile Lake are among the largest lakes in Oregon, with about 2000 surface acres between the pair. The lakes are midway between Winchester Bay and Coos Bay, only a short distance inland from the Pacific. Tenmile Lake County Park is in the community of Lakeside. Visitors to the park enjoy swimming, fishing, and boating. Waterskiing and wakeboarding are popular on the lake's smooth waters.
Tenmile Lake County Park Campground has 45 RV or trailer campsites with electric and water hook-ups. There is also a small tent camping area. Visitors to the campground are usually more interested in having a convenient place to stay while they enjoy the lake than with the aesthetics of the camping location. The campground has few trees and is located between the launch ramp and an RV park. A 2-night minimum stay is required on weekends and holidays.
