Poole Creek Campground
Poole Creek Campground is on the west side of Lemolo Lake in the Umpqua National Forest, about 75 miles east of Roseburg.
Lemolo Lake is a favorite destination for boaters, anglers, swimmers, and those who simply enjoy the beauty of a high mountain lake. Nearby trails provide plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding mountains and forests.
Poole Creek Campground has 60 campsites for RVs, trailer, and tents. Twenty-seven of the sites can be reserved, while the remainder are open as first-come, first-served sites. A dozen of the campsites are lakefront, the rest are loops within easy walking distance of the shore. The campground is in a forest of Shasta red fir, lodgepole pine, and mountain hemlock. Wheelchair accessible sites are available as well as accessible restrooms. There is also a Group Campsite.
