Sacandaga Campground
Sacandaga Campground sits on a terrace above the Middle Fork Willamette River in the Willamette National Forest south of Hills Creek Reservoir. Visitors to the campground enjoy the quiet of this little camping area. Trails lead down to the river for fishing. Check fishing regulations for the area at Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. Other trails in the area are popular for mountain biking, hiking, and horseback riding. The Middle Fork National Recreation Trail passes near the campground.
Sacandaga Campground offers 17 sites for RV, trailer, and tent camping. The old-growth forest provides ample shade for campers. Each campsite is well separated from the others by vegetation. All campsites are first-come, first-served.
