A popular recreation destination in central Oregon, Crescent Lake is a favorite for boating, water skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and mountain biking. Guard Station Amenities
Crescent Lake Guard Station, built by the Forest Service in the early 1930s, was once used by forest rangers and is now offered as a vacation rental. The cozy 670-square-foot cabin offers a living room with a couch that folds out to a full bed, a buffet, desk and newly installed gas wood stove heater. The full kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, and sink. In the bedroom is a full bed. An adjacent bathroom has a claw-foot tub with shower, a flushing toilet, and sink. Maximum occupancy is 4.
What Guests Need to Bring
Cabin guests should bring their own bedding or sleeping bags, towels, food, and personal items. Also, guests should provide any specialized cooking utensils, garbage bags, dish soap, and toiletries. There are no utility hookups, and RV and tent camping are not allowed. Pets must be kept outside.
