Clackamas Lake Campground
Clackamas Lake Campground is on the shore of 3-acre Clackamas Lake in the Mt. Hood National Forest. Nearby is lush Joe Graham Meadow (shown above). Visitors to the area enjoy fishing, non-motorized boating, hiking, and swimming. With a number of equestrian campsites in the campground, horseback riding is quite popular. The campground provides a nice alternative when nearby Timothy Lake campgrounds are full.
Clackamas Lake Campground has 46 campsites. Ten of the campsites can accommodate RVs, trailers, and tents. Another 25 sites are designated for tents. Eleven horse campsites are provided for those camping with horses. A mature pine forest covers most of the campsites with good shade.
