East Lemolo Campground

East Lemolo Campground is on the southeastern shore of Lemolo Lake, high in the Umpqua National Forest. All kinds of boating are popular at the lake. A day-use area and boat ramp are connected with East Lemolo Campground.

Lemolo Lake is known for its excellent fishing for Kokanee and rainbow and brook trout. Many campers like to take the short hike to 165-foot Lemolo Falls. Both Diamond Lake and Crater Lake are only a short drive away.

East Lemolo Campground has 15 campsites for RVs, trailers, and tents. A couple of campsites are lakeside. Many sites can be reserved during the peak times of June through Labor Day weekend. Sites are also available first-come, first-served during the shoulder seasons or when not reserved. The campground has no potable water.

Notice: "The Umpqua National Forest is currently in the process of selecting a concessionaire for several of its campgrounds. . . As a result, reservations for the 2025 summer season at this facility have been put on a temporary hold until the selection process is completed. . . it’s important to note that not all campgrounds in the Umpqua National Forest are impacted."

East Lemolo Campground Location: 72 miles east of Roseburg on Highway 138, then Forest Rd. 2610 (Bird's Pt. Rd.) for 3 miles, then right on Forest Road 2614 for 2 miles, then left on Forest Road 2610-430.

Reservations Available East Lemolo Campground reservations are available for camping dates during summer months from 4 days up to 6 months in advance of arrival date. At other times campsites are first-come, first-served.
