Lily Glen Equestrian Park is on 40 acres of open country a short distance north of Howard Prairie Lake and 17 miles east of Ashland.
The park serves as a base for a number of great riding excursions, including a trail that leads around 2,000-acre Howard Prairie Lake. Other good trails venture into the surrounding Cascade Mountains.
Lily Glen Equestrian Park Campground has 12 family-size campsites as well as 2 group campsites. The park is also available for day use for those with horses. Individual log corrals are provided at each campsite. Water is available from hand pumps; or for just the horses, from the creek that runs by the campground. Campers will find ample room for trailers. Scattered mature trees offer nice shade. All the individual campsites are first-come, first-served, but the group sites must be reserved.
