Oregon's Best Coastal Campgrounds
Many of the campgrounds along Oregon's coast stand out as among the best in the state with scenic locations, excellent facilities, and nearby resources.
While only a few campgrounds offer campsites with views of the ocean, all the campgrounds listed here are close enough to the ocean that campers can walk to the beach or to scenic overlooks. At most campgrounds, visitors also have the option of driving to day-use areas close to the beach.
Reservations are available for campsites at all the popular campgrounds. Reservations fill quickly for the summer and early fall months. For state parks, internet reservations can be made 24 hours a day and become available up to 9 months in advance, beginning at midnight each day.
