Cascade Locks Marine Park Campground is operated by the Port of Cascade Locks along the mighty Columbia River. The town was established during pioneer days and has evolved into a popular tourist destination. Many visitors take the walk across the Bridge of the Gods which spans the river and serves as a pathway for Pacific Crest Trail hikers. The Historical Museum is open May through September. Stop by and the see the Oregon Pony locomotive which first began its work in 1862. The Columbia Gorge Sternwheeler operates out of Cascade Locks with tours on the river.

Note that there is a 12-foot vehicle clearance to enter the park due to an overhead railroad trestle.

Cascade Locks Marine Park Campground is open year-round, but reservations are only taken for May 15 through September 15. The campground has 16 sites. Of those, 12 have water and power hook-ups, and 4 have no hook-ups. The campground is close to the river near Thunder Island. No fires are permitted in the campground, only clean-burning cook stoves. WiFi is available at all campsites.

From May 15 through September 15, Pacific Crest Trail hikers and cyclists may camp on a designated lawn area for up to 3 nights and have use of showers.
