Exit 14 in Ashland off I-5, east on Highway 66 for one mile, then Dead Indian Memorial Rd. (Mountain Lakes) 17 miles to Hyatt Prairie Rd. Travel 5 miles to Dam Road and follow it to Willow Point Park.
Willow Point Park Campground
Willow Point Park Campground is on the west shore of Howard Prairie Lake in the Cascade Mountains, 28 miles east of Ashland. Visitors to Willow Point Park Campground enjoy a range of water activities from sailing and waterskiing to fishing and swimming. The park also offer opportunities for hiking and horseback riding.
Willow Point Park Campground has 41 sites for RV, trailer, and tent camping. Most campsites fall under the shade of mature conifers. Many campsites are lake-front, while the rest are still very close to the lake. A 2-lane boat launch ramp is located within Willow Point Park, along with ample parking, a fish-cleaning station, and hiking trails. Although reservations are not required to camp at Willow Point, they are recommended. A 2-night minimum stay is required on weekends from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
